Wow! One of the great benefits to homeschooling is the invitations for homeschoolers to gather at places when most are at school and work. About an hour North of Birmingham is a great water park that sponsored a reduced rate homeschool day last Friday. The boys really enjoyed the huge pool and especially this slide. They rode and rode over 20 times as the line was short and they could go through rather quickly. We also rode the several other water slides they had and enjoyed the giant pool too. (yep, I rode the other slides!) Definitely a perk to being at home with the kids! Next week: field trip to American Village. American History - interactive adventure!
